A video WYHAA produced about opposition at a legislative subcommittee hearing to a proposed state constitutional amendment that would lay the groundwork for public land transfer went viral on Facebook. We posted it yesterday, at it already has more than 100,000 views. Seems lots of people oppose public land transfer (though you wouldn’t know it by asking our state representatives).
We’ve been hearing this a lot lately in response to our mailers and other WYHAA communications.
Wyoming’s scarce water resources are the lifeblood of our fish and wildlife populations. Wyoming must ensure that its water is used efficiently, and that wild and native fisheries have the water they need to preserve their habitat. Landowners should be able to keep their water rights even when they use them to maintain and improve fisheries.
